  He is adept at abdominal imaging and interventional radiology,up to now, more than thirty articles have been published in main journals including overseas in cases of the fundamental research of metal stent and abdominal imaging.

  He has ever been supported by national educational committe,,science and research fund of Ministry of Health,"Ninth-Five" funds(twice), natural science funds of Liaoning Province, etc.He is prominent in imaging diagnosis and interventional theray of hepatic neoplasms and bile duct diseases as well as stenosis of bronchea.

  He serves as vice editor-in-chief of Applied Radiology , editoer-in-chief of interventional radiology, which is the standard textbook for Department of Medical Imaging.He has been holding positions as follows: standing commissioners of both the Division of Radiology of Chinese Medical Association and China Medical Technology Research Association, vice president of Medical Imaging Association of Liaoning Province; standing editor of Journal of Chinese Radiology, editor-in-chief of China Clinical Medical Imaging; editor of Applied Radiology, etc.
