Now worked as director of internal department, director of endocrinology department, the leader of academic world in the second affiliated hospital of China Medical University. Vice director of Liaoning Diabetic Mellitus Association of Chinese Medical Association. Vice director of Diabetic Mellitus Association of north-east region. Standing committeeman of Liaoning Endocrinology Association and the Liaoning Internal Medicine Association of Chinese Medical Association. Member of editor committee of "Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine " "Liaoning Pharmacy and Clinical Remedies" "Medical Journal of Liaoning" "Practical Diabetic Mellitus Journal" .

Engaged in clinic, teaching and researching in China Medical University since graduated from medicine department of China Medical University in 1962. diagnosed and treated countless difficult cases.,saved many critical patients, accumulated many experiences in endocrinology. During the past 36 years,engaged in teaching college student,including those of English medical classes. Took part in composing the English textbook of internal medicine for English medical classes, translating the 19th ed of Cecil's textbook of medicine. Fostered eight postgraduated students. Published twenty articles in national magazines, issued nine articles in national and provincal academic conferences. "Refined Cobra Antithrombus Enzyme in the Treatment of Diabetic Mellitus" was issued in the first international symposium on geriatrics opened in Los Angles in September 1996, and won the prize. "Relation of blood viscosity to cardiovascular complication in aged diabetics" was exchanged in Japan in March 1993. Participated the third international conference of production endocrinology in June 1993, and the European conference on osteoprosis in Berlin in September 1998.
