Professor Yuquan Li

  Professor Yuquan Li ,male,was born in December 1919 in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province.He is a member of Chinese Communist Party.In August 1945,he graduated from Manchuria Midical College.After gradua- tion,he had been resident doctor,lecturer,vice professor,professor,doctor-in-chief in puppet stational Shenyang Midical College and Chian Medicial University.Now he is retired.After 1979, he has been to Japan for academic communication and investigation for several times.

Position

  He had been the Chairman of Liaoning Digestive Association,a member of the standing Committee of Chinese Digestive Association,the editor of Chinese Digestive Journal,the advisor of Clinical Digestive Journal and Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine.In teaching work,since 1949,he had been the leading-lecturer of Digestive Speciality.In 1978,he was appointed to be instructor of master degree and in 1982,instructor of doctor degree.Tillnow he has instructed 9 postgraduate students of master degree and 6 of doctor degree.

Research Fields

His academic work is major in clinical research of gastrointestinal hormone.

Achievements

  More than 10 pieces of papers have been published among which the research on "chronic gastritis and gastrin" was apprased to be at the leading position in this field within our country and was reported in Japan Digestive Association.Since 1982,he has been chosen to be advanced worker and exemplary teacher of our college,of our university,of Shenyang City and of Liaoning Province for several times.In 1993 he received governmental special subsidy granted by the State Council.In August 1994 he won second grade award for science and technology advancement of Liaoning Province(for traditional Chinese herbs and gastrointestinal hormone)
