Wang Huizhen

Huizhen Wang, female, born in Jilin City in May 1931, graduated from Dep. Pediatrics of China Medical University, who is now Professor of Pediatric Surgery, protomedicus, and was vice director of Pediatric Surgery. Holder of the position of editor of Journal of China Practical Pediatrics and Journal of Pediatric Emergency Medicine. She works at the first line of teaching, medicine and scientific researching for more than 40 years. She mainly engaged in the series studies of pathogeny?pathology?diagnosis and treatment on congenital digestive malformations, especially on meconium peritonitis, anorectal malformation and congenital choledochocyst et al. She has abundant clinical experience. She undertook 5 different subjects of the Nation's Nature Funds and Health Ministry Funds successively, and obtained 5 achievement awards of the nation's and of the provincial, among which "the clinical and X-ray study of the meconium peritonitis"was rewarded the first award of the Health Ministry. She was granted by Health Ministry and Liaoning Province "middle aged and young authority with prominent contribution". From 1986, she had attended international pediatric surgeon communion in Japan for 5 times, and released special reports. She has given out more than 100 thesis at journals inland and abroad. She attended the compiling of 6 monographs such as "Pediatric abdominal surgery", "Pediatric intestinal and anal surgery" et al.
