Wang Lianying

I am Wang Lianying, female. I was born on Dec26,1938 in Hai Long county, Jin Lin province. I graduated from pediatric department of China Medical University in 1963. I work as a professor and tutor for doctorate students in pediatric surgery department in 2nd Clinical Hospital of China Medical University now. I am a member of China Pediatric Surgery Journal Committee, director of neonatal group, editor of Liao Ning Medical Journal and specialist in going over a manuscript.

I was engaged in pediatric surgery work after graduation. I have taken up neonatal surgery speciality as a main profession since 1985 and have grasped the treatment and diagnosis of complicated congenital digestive tract deformities and thoracic disease. In recent years, the cure rate of neonatal surgery disease has improved greatly. My research direction is digestive tract deformities. I have been in charged of and participated in 4 items of National Nature Scientific Fund, 4 items of Health Ministry Fund, 2 items of Province Science and Technology Research Committee Fund and 1 item of Major Speciality Building Fund. Most of them have gone through the achievements identifying. Among them 2 items of my research were awarded for the third grade of National Education Committee and Health Ministry science and technology progress rewards respectively, 2 items were rewarded for the second and third grade of the Health Ministry science and technology progress rewards respectively and 1 item was rewarded for the third grade of Shen Yang city science and technology progress rewards. I have participated in writing and publishing 7 books, including Practical Operations in General Surgery, Pediatric Abdominal Surgery, Pediatric Anal and Intestinal Surgery. I have written the all content of pediatric surgery in the book of Direction of Neonatal Emergency Treatment as an assistant editor. The book has been published on May,1997. I have published over 60 articles on journals and conferences abroad and internally. I have trained 15 postgraduate students and 4 doctorate students, 16 of them have graduated. Three doctorate students are studing for the doctorate degree. I was chosen as excellent teacher and science and technology worker in hospital and college in 1988, 1993 and 1999.
