She worked as an lecturer from 1985, a vice-professor from 1992, and a professor from 1998. Now she is the director of the department of Gynecology and Obstetrics , the 2nd clinical hospital affiliated CMU, a standing commissioner and the secretary of the Liaoning Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chinese Medical Association, one of the editors of the Obstetrics & Gynecology (the 5th edition), which is the textbook of the Medical and Pharmaceutical College Affiliated Ministry of Health ,People's Republic of China.

Major Oncology and Endocrinology of gynecology. Now she took charge of the research of MTSI genetherapy with ovary carcinoma, The relationship between menopausal women senility and the ovary ,Increasing pregnancy rate of IVF and embryo transplantation by the polypeptide growth factor.
