张强,研究员,美国哈姆纳健康科学研究所剂量-效应研究中心,主任。

1988-1995年:哈尔滨医科大学临床医学硕士学位(七年制)

2001-2003年:美国伦斯勒理工学院计算机科学,理学硕士学位

1997-2003年:美国康涅狄格大学生理学和神经生物学,博士学位

1997-2003年:美国康涅狄格大学生理学和神经生物学系,研究助理

2003-2006年:美国化学工业毒理学研究所计算系统生物学部,博士后研究员

2006-2009年:美国哈姆纳健康科学研究院计算生物学部,研究员

2009-至今:美国哈姆纳健康科学研究院化学安全科学研究所剂量-效应研究中心主任,研究员

 

四、研究方向

1. 细胞非线性生物网络的计算机模型;2.建立毒性通路非线性动力系统模型和剂量反应关系模型(如建立环境氧化应激、自身适应的抗氧化反应和ROS介导胰岛素分泌的信号传导通路模型等);3. 研究生物应激引起的细胞适应性反应,以及分子环路条件下的非线性剂量-反应关系发生机制。

 

五、所获荣誉

张强博士多次获得美国相关学会的学术奖励。在2008-2014年间多次荣获美国毒理学会年度会议最佳生物学模型论文奖及国际剂量反应关系协会颁发的杰出研究员等荣誉称号。此外,张强博士曾主持或合作参与3项美国国立环境健康科学研究所的课题基金研究项目。2007-2010年担任“The Open Toxicology Journal”编辑审查委员会委员;现今担任“International Journal of Systems Biology and Biomedical Technologies”的编委及多个国际期刊杂志的审稿人。目前已发表SCI论文41篇,参与8部教材著作编写,并多次受邀在学术会议上发表演讲。
