l Academic background for candidates
1.Candidates should get PhD on abroad; or from universities endowed both ‘985 project’ and ‘211 project’ in China.
2.Academic publication: for the candidates as the academic leader, he or she should have at least a paper published with impact factor more than 5 points or papers published with more than 30 points in total publications; for the candidates as the senior research fellow, he or she should have postdoctoral experience and at least a paper published with impact factor more than 3 points or papers published with over 10 points in total publications.
1.Candidates for forensic serology (biology) should be engaged in (forensic) genetics or molecular biology research.
2.Candidates for forensic toxicological analysis should be engaged in drug analysis, analytical chemistry, toxicology, or forensic toxicology.
1.As the academic leader candidates, he or she should be less than 45 years old.
2.As the senior research fellow candidates, he or she should be less than 40 years old.
