l Take the admission notice
l Take 8 copies of passport-sized photos
2. SETTLE DOWN IN THE SCHOOL DORMITORY
l Collect the Dormitory Registration Form from your batch advisor
l Register in the dormitory security room
3. COMPLETE THE LIVING REGISTRATION IN THE LOCAL POLICE STATION
l IT HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL TO SHENYANG.
l Take your passport
l Take the photocopy of the admission notice
l Take the photocopies of the photo page and visa page of your passport
l Transportation:City bus 197(get off at Jianshenlu-xingmingjie station)
l Submit the photocopy of the living registration paper to your advisor
4. OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT INSIDE THE CAMPUS(SHENG JING BANK)OR OUTSIDE THE CAMPUS
l Take your passport
l Take the photocopies of the passport’s photo page and the admission notice
l Sheng Jing bank is located on the first floor of the west side of the Administrative Building
5. DO PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
l Empty stomach
l Take your passport
l Take the photocopies of the passport’s photo page and the admission notice
l Take 3 copies of passport-sized photos
l ADD:Shenyang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau
433 Danan Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang Liaoning
l Transportation:197Bus→Metro Line2 (get off at Gongye-zhanlanguan Station )→Taxi
6. APPLY FOR A VISA
l It has to be done within 30days after your arrival to Shenyang.
l Fill in the Application Form
l Take your passport and the photocopies of the photo page and visa page
l Take the Study Certificate from the university
l Take the Record of Physical Examination
l Take original Admission Notice
l Take living Registration Paper
l Take JW 202 Form
l Photos have to been taken in the Entry-Exit Administration Bureau.(20 RMB)
