Vice president Liu met with professor Colin McCoy from Queen's University of Belfast. Both of them affirmed the two schools’efforts on education and the achievements they have gotten.
During the meeting, vice-president Ying Liu pointed out that CQC has developed greatly in recent years and the enrollment score has been improved year by year. In the teaching of education, the curriculum and plan pharmaceutical preparations and biotechnology are continuously improved. CQC will meet the first college graduates next year.The school has been actively promoting related work, including push free graduate students,colleges and universities graduate students apply for assistance at home and abroad, employment guidance, etc. We also hope that queen’s university will give strong support to relevant aspects.
Professor Colin McCoy said that this is his ninth time to visit China and China Medical University, because our school is an important partner of Queen's University, every time he comes to China，he visits China Medical University. Queen's University will also make every effort to provide suggestions for further study, employment guidance and other aspects of the students' further study in Britain.
The main idea of McCoy’s visit to our schoolis to attend the new student and the Scholarship awards ceremony.In addition,Professor McCoy also discussed about the problem happening during the development of the CQC and future college construction.Having met with the CQC students and introduce the postgraduate courses, application conditions, scholarships and other issues about queen’s university which students concern.
The president of CQC Yaojiang, vice president Shalei and deputy director of the international exchange office also attend the meeting.
