According to the requirements of the public security organ for the dormitory management of foreigners, our college implements the registration system of off-campus accommodation for foreign international students. The specific management methods are as follows:
1. College Registration: International students who live off-campus for the first time or change their address are required to inform the school of their off-campus address.
2. Registration at police station: International students should go to the local police station within 24 hours with their passport, rental contract and landlord's ID card, and local police station will send out the accommodation receipt to international students.
3. Registration of address change: International students who change their address should go to the college and the local police station for registration within 24 hours.
4. Registration for out-going accommodation: if the lodger or the lodger himself intends to stay in another place temporarily, within 24 hours after his/her arrival, he/she shall report to the local public security organ with the lodger's passport, certificate and the lodger's household registration book, and fill in the registration form of temporary accommodation. Those in rural areas must report to the local dispatch office or household registration office within 72 hours.
5. Visa change registration: After the visa extension procedure is finished, students should apply for temporary accommodation registration again at the local police station within 24 hours after getting passport from the Public Security Bureau.
6. Registration of passport change: If the passport is changed or the passport information is changed, the accommodation registration information should be updated within 10 days from the date of change.
International students living off campus should note:
1. Personal and property safety, prevent illegal infringement.
2. Safe use of natural gas.
3. Pay attention to the safe use of electrical appliances, and do not use electricity illegally. If you leave for a long time, inform the landlord and pay attention to the power cut. In case of special situations such as air conditioners, consult the landlord and take corresponding safety measures.
4. Heating and water safety. Pay attention to the safety of the heating valve during the heating period. Pay attention to close the water inlet valve after leaving the house for a long time, and keep the water pipe blocked, to avoid property losses caused by water running.
5. Pay attention to traffic safety and obey traffic rules.
6. Keep in touch with the school, and keep wechat, phone and other contact information unblocked. Any change of address should be promptly notified to the International Education School.
