The second “Crazy Tongue” debate hold in CQC has been successfully concluded

        To improve student’s English ability and their enthusiasm for  Englishthe second “Crazy Tongue”  final debate was held on April 18th, 2017 by the academic practical department  of CQC student union.


We invited doctorsfrom Queen's University of  Belfast, Dan and Maryam ,and English teachersfrom China Medical University,  David and Machile to be tutorsforcompetitors.We also invited the dean Jiang Yao  ,the vice dean Lei Sha,our instructor Xiaolin Wang, our teacher Pengyi Gu,David  ,Michael,and doctor Vasanth Raj Palanimuthudoctor Dan Corbett, doctor Maryam Malekigorjito  from Queens university of Belfastand the vice president of student union Linbo Gao  to be judges for the debate.

Before the debate started, the host asked some  students a few questions about the topic, Would you like to have a bed in a developed city  or have an apartment in a small city ?everyone has their own choice. The system is  modeled on the British parliamentary debate. There are four parts in the whole  debate. Finally, Two tutors from both sides make a supplementary  illustration to their own group.

After numerous selection, Ziyi  Zhang got the first prize, Binyumeng Jiangand Xuan liu got the second prize,and  ZhichunGao,Siyu Li and Yue Xuan got the third prize. Congratulations!At the same  time, thankall teachers and students for preparing for the competition. Looking  forward to a better debate next year!
