China Medical University’s pharmacy program was founded in 1940 at Yan’an. In 1978 it was entitled to grant master degree for pharmacy undergraduates as the first batch. In 1993, it set the first doctor station in northern China. CMU is rich in teaching experience of pharmacy and possesses sufficient faculty and facilities in pharmacy and biotechnology. The pharmacy school of CMU and Clinical Pharmacy Experimental Teaching Center have grown into key subjects of Liaoning province and a demonstration center in Liaoning respectively. As the only “five stars” subject, Clinical Pharmacy of CMU has ranked the first place for two consecutive years among 21 clinical faculties of different colleges.
