刘慧鑫 教授

博士生导师  沈阳市“领军人才”

    刘慧鑫教授分别于2001年在哈尔滨工业大学获得学士学位和2010年在中国科学院大连化学物理研究所获得博士学位。博士毕业后,赴美继续进行科学研究工作,具有十年海外工作经历。于2019年择优获选中国医科大学“青年拔尖人才”项目,入职生命科学学院筹建消化道生理研究室,并担任主任。于2020年获聘健康科学研究院独立PI,建立“肥胖与代谢性疾病课题组”并担任首席科学家。 刘慧鑫教授利用其交叉学科研究背景,采用基因组学、代谢物组学、生物信息学等研究方法手段在其主要研究方向-肝病学领域进行了大量的工作,并率先开展肠道菌群与肝脏损伤修复再生的关系研究,取得了一系列研究成果,所发表在肝病学权威杂志Journal of Hepatology上的文章已被引用近百次,并得到科学界和公共媒体的广泛关注及报道,为肝脏再生研究提供了新的研究思路。目前已经发表四十余篇SCI收录文章,H-index 24。

科研方向

团队致力于肥胖与代谢性相关疾病的基础和医学转化研究。充分利用交叉学科研究背景,结合在肝病学、多组学研究、生物信息学、以及抗肿瘤纳米药物等领域的研究积累,围绕肠-肝轴在肝脏损伤及再生、癌症发生及发展、以及调节能量平衡和糖/脂代谢防治肥胖及代谢性疾病等方面的关键作用展开深入研究。
